1. Bachelor or Master degree
2. Proven track record in sales and key account management within the industrial equipment or machinery industry.
3. Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
5. Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
6. Willingness to travel to meet with clients, attend conferences, and visit production sites as required.
7. Fluency in English; additional language skills would be a plus.
8. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
