Understanding of industrial baghouse dust collector

Industrial baghouse dust collector is a kind of dry industrial dust removal equipment, mainly composed of upper box, middle box, lower box (ash hopper), cleaning system and ash discharge mechanism, etc. One important part is the filter bag, which is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt, and uses the filtering effect of fiber fabric to filter the dust-containing gas. When the dust-containing gas enters the industrial baghouse dust collector, the large particles and high-density dust settle down due to gravity and fall into the ash hopper. The gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material and the dust is trapped, so that the gas is purified. The clean gas enters the upper box through the filter bag, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the offline valve and exhaust pipe.

Installation methods of industrial baghouse dust collector

• According to the intake mode, it can be divided into upper intake and lower intake: place the support in position, temporarily align and fix it with a tow rope, and the mechanical moving parts such as the reducer and ash conveying device should be oiled and changed according to regulations. Any abnormalities should be promptly removed.

• Install the top hole door and air circuit components of the box: install the filter bag and bag cage. If the bag cage is pre-installed in the bag room before shipment, remove the bag cage and remove the bag cage fixing device.
  

• According to the direction of the dust-containing airflow entering the bag, it can be divided into inner filter type and outer filter type: hoist the ash hopper to the support (if the ash hopper is sent in disassembled state, the ash hopper should be assembled first), align and fix it, and install the accessories on the ash hopper.
  

• According to the cleaning system, this kind of industrial dust collector machine can be divided into online, offline pulse spraying, backflushing, and vibration cleaning bag dust collector: hoist the bag compartment, inlet and outlet, and box. This filter bag undergoes several pulsating actions to produce a swelling and shrinking process, thereby shaking off the dust deposited on the surface of the filter bag and falling into the ash hopper to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
  

• According to the shape of the bag, it can be divided into cylindrical and flat shapes: first check the foundation, clean it according to routine, level and draw lines, the management personnel should be familiar with the principle, performance, use conditions, and master the adjustment and maintenance methods of the dust collector. During equipment operation, a dedicated person should be responsible for management and keep operational records.
